Well the basic problem is - that each new version of libavcodec
has slightly different API then the previous or next version.
Thus for now the only usable solution for now is to keep the
version within libavifile project - as the API has to be adapted
over and over.

Well I guess this will be some simple problem with some
missing header - I've not tried to build avifile on PPC
for a long time - and noone is really working on this AFAIK
(well you know the famous mplayer I guess ;) thus why anyone
should bother with aviplay)

I'm just keeping it working on i386 and from time to time
I fix/add some bug/feature which I see usefull for me :)

If you want to make it compilable on PPC - either you
will have to help with you knowledge - or give me a temporal
SSH account on a machine which could compile avifile
(contains needed packages for this)
