Hello Andrea, I patched cryptsetup with your new patch. It works nicely.
The output is better cause it states "maybe the password is wrong". Only cosmetics left. It currently looks like this (view with fixed width font): Enter passphrase: The device /dev/mapper/crypted-hda7 does not contain a valid XFS filesystem - the check for '/dev/mapper/crypted-hda7' failed - maybe the password is wrong - - removing the crypto device crypted-hda7 - - retrying for crypted-hda7 There is one line that only contains " - " and a superfluuos space and "-" at the end of the line "removing the crypto device". Well these are rather minor issues and might well be postponed until lsb init script functions are used. ;-) Regards, -- Martin Steigerwald Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Systemadministrator Fon: +49 (0)911 30999-0 team(ix) GmbH Fax: +49 (0)911 30999-99 Süd-West-Park 35, 90449 Nürnberg, Deutschland
