Package: nvidia-kernel-legacy-96xx-source Version: 1.0.9639-1 Severity: normal
Hi, I can't "modprobe" the module "nvidia.ko", even forcing. dmesg output says: nvidia: Unknown parameter `-f' However, I can "insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22/nvidia/nvidia.ko" without problems. I couldn't find any information about this issue on the Internet, so i'm sorry if this is not really a bug. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22 (PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=es_ES.ISO-8859-15, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.ISO-8859-15 (charmap=ISO-8859-15) (ignored: LC_ALL set to es_ES) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages nvidia-kernel-legacy-96xx-source depends on: ii debhelper 5.0.53 helper programs for debian/rules ii dpatch 2.0.26 patch maintenance system for Debia ii make 3.81-3 The GNU version of the "make" util ii sed 4.1.5-2 The GNU sed stream editor Versions of packages nvidia-kernel-legacy-96xx-source recommends: ii devscripts 2.10.6 Scripts to make the life of a Debi ii kernel-package 11.001 A utility for building Linux kerne ii nvidia-glx-legacy-96xx 1.0.9639-1 NVIDIA binary Xorg driver (96xx le -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
