Thank you for the bug report, but there is a much simpler way to solve the problem: use a comma instead of concatenation (&). This way, there is no need to change the variables Ada_Switches or Linker_Switches. (Changing them may break people's project files, and would be inconsistent with the other Debian packages and with the, as yet unofficial, Debian Policy for Ada).
