Hi,
I am not sure that this is something that ought to be in the
tech-ctte's jurisdiction; this seems a social problem, not a technical
one, and thus is not something I think the tech ctte is competent to
address (even though the constitution does explicitly mention this as a
case of the tech ctte's powers). I would strongly urge all parties to
try all possible means of rapprochement before escalating to the ctte
(indeed, I think this is the type of issue that should go to the
nascent social committee proposal currently under discussion).
