Package: libhypre-dev Version: 1.6.0-4 Severity: important Hi,
the package includes modified superlu headers, e.g SLU_NC is renamed to NC in supermatrix.h, which get installed under /usr/include. Therefore the suplerlu headers under /usr/include are different from the original superlu headers in /usr/include/superlu/supermatrix from package libsuperlu3-dev. Any dumb user (like me) would assume the headers under /usr/include to be the original ones, which is not the case here. As a remedy I would suggest installing all hypre headers under /usr/include/hypre instead.
