Well, ok, I understood 'when I startup psi and an encrypted message is
waiting for me' as 'is waiting for me _on the server_' - in that case,
psi should receive the message from the server and decrypt it.

If the message actually arrived earlier on the client, but psi was
unable to decrypt it at that time, it's indeed not stored in the
history and can't be decrypted later. 

I agree that this should be severity 'wishlist', and I surely won't fix
it for debian only - such a change should be done upstream.
