Steps to reproduce: 1) Create new ftp server in connections ftp-connect 2) Connect to the server 3) Switch pannels with ctrl + U My results: I have "Home" label above panel with ftp listing and "ftp.myhost.com" <ftp://ftp.myhost.com/> above pannel listing my home folder. I supose that device (or file system) labels should also be switched.
