I tried installing phpwiki with a MySQL database. I read the documentation file /usr/share/doc/phpwik/INSTALL.mysql. In step 3 of this file it is mentioned that I should create tables in my database using a file named schemas/mysql-initialize.sql. However, such a file is not included in the debian package. I expected to find it in /usr/share/doc/phpwiki/schemas/.
