Launching the Gimmie preferences dialog from the context menu of the applet on the Gnome panel produces an insensitive dialog. Clicking on it produces no changes, and it can't be closed either through the Close buttor or through Window Manager decorations. Xkill on this dialog brings down all of Gimmie!
