I have found something interesting here. It builds fine for me on AMD64. But I'm using cowbuilder and it already has man-db (package that provides man) installed by default. Removing man-db from the cowbuilder enviroment, i can reproduce the problem. So, adding a b-d on man-db solves this problem, but on the other hand, i wonder whether this is a problem with cowbuilder.
