Package: bzr-builddeb Version: 0.19 Severity: important I would like to do a merge package with the results of dh-make-pear, but this seems impossible. The reason appears to be the package.xml file in the .orig.tgz from the PEAR archive are not in a sub-directory.
Here is the layout of the file tgz: $ tar tzf ../tarballs/php-mdb2_2.4.1.orig.tar.gz package.xml MDB2-2.4.1/docs/examples/example.php MDB2-2.4.1/docs/examples/example_php5.php MDB2-2.4.1/docs/examples/metapear_test_db.schema . . . Here's what happens: $ bzr bd Running in merge mode Building branch from revision [EMAIL PROTECTED] Preparing the build area: ../build-area Exporting to ../build-area/php-mdb2-2.4.1 in merge mode Looking for ../tarballs/php-mdb2_2.4.1.orig.tar.gz to use as upstream source bzr: ERROR: [Errno 17] File exists: '../build-area/php-mdb2-2.4.1' $ ls ../build-area/php-mdb2-2.4.1/ package.xml $ ls ../build-area/ builddeb-c_P_cV php-mdb2-2.4.1 $ ls ../build-area/builddeb-c_P_cV/ MDB2-2.4.1 Willing to reproduce using Debian Unstable if that would help.
