Hi,

I can reproduce this now. It seems to be the result of a broken icon
file (attached), installed by autopackage [0].

Reproducing it is only a matter of;

      * Dropping the file in /usr/share/icons/hicolor
      * Generate the icon cache using GTK+ 2.10 (2.11 refuses to create
        the cache, complaining about a bad image index)
      * Restart metacity and invoke metacity-dialog.

As the faulty image have been fixed in autopackage, and
gtk-update-icon-cache doesn't create bad cache files anymore, do we
consider this fixed now, or should I forward this upstream?
