I think this package should add suggests libtemplate-plugin-xml-perl, because when "stable" users would upgrade their system from Etch to Lenny, they will lost Template::XML modules and have to look for what package would provide those modules. And libtemplate-plugin-xml-perl has not been in repository yet.
