Hello.
Bazaar (bzr) supports tags for five releases now, so it'd be nice to
have them supported in debcommit. Here's the necessary information,
please ask if you need more details:
(1) a tag is added by running `bzr tag TAGNAME`.
(2) it is probably a good idea to run `bzr tags >/dev/null 2>&1` alone
prior to creating the tag, and check for a non-zero exit status,
in order to detect if we're running an old bzr, or the branch is
in an old format which does not support tags. In this case, a
warning like "Bazaar or branch version too old to support tags"
could be printed.
