Sorry, this was a mistake, it's not the linux-headers-package, it was the 
linux-image-2.6.18-5 package. 
If there is a new kernel installed, respectively a update from 2.6.18-4 to 
2.6.18-5, the menu.lst entry in grub wont be updated.
