No, check the archives on this discussion and why it has not been implemented in the past decade. Putting it into the bug tracker is just trying to end run around that history and only goes to show that if people can't get their way in one method they will attempt to subvert a different method to suit their needs. That rational in an of itself should be sufficient evidence that the bug filer be reprimanded on proper searching of the archives prior to posting frivolous bugs and the bug itself closed.
