Package: python-wxgtk2.8
Version: 2.8.4.0-0
Severity: important

In any wxpython programs, when it tries to display the normal find
dialog, it just crashes. For example it can be reproduced with the
wxpython examples:

/usr/share/doc/wx2.8-examples/examples/wxPython/demo.py
*** glibc detected *** python: free(): invalid pointer:
x000000000183bf60 ***

To get that, I went to Custom Controls -> Editor then pressed Ctrl-f in
the edit window. I also get the crash in other programs using wxpython,
with both 2.6 and 2.8 version of wx. Let me know if I can do something
to get a more meaningful error message..
