Kernel folk,

This Belkin F5U222v1 PCMCIA card has two USB ports.  
A mouse connected alone works properly.  If a flash 
storage device is plugged into the second port, 
the mouse pointer freezes.  Normal operation of the 
mouse resumes when the flash storage is removed.  
If two mice are connected, both can move the pointer.

These observations suggest that the problem involves
the recognition of the speed of the attached USB 
devices.
