Hi,

Please read this [0], there I explain why I cannot build rtorrent with
XMLRPC support.

I'm merging this bug with #443091[1] since is the same, please read the
BTS before submitting any bug.

Anyway, I'm not thinking on create another package for XMLRPC, with
rtorrent will come all this built-in when the new xmlrpc-c version get
available.
