The connector table in your bios seems to be either broken or in some currently unsupported format. The following option should get things working for you: Option "ConnectorTable" "X,2,1,4,Y,1,2,2" where X and Y numbers between 1 and 5 and are not equal. X and Y specify the ddc lines for each connector, so if you want to get an edid from your monitor, you'll need to figure out what line the connector uses.
