After looking in /etc/locale.gen, there is only
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ISO-8859-15

Adding en_US with dpkg-reconfigure locales make work paje.

I think Paje should try to use C locale or if it can't, make a warning if the
locale don't exist.

If en_US locale is realy need, the installer should add it.
