As see with argouml developers, 0.24 is not compilable for now and there's no maintenance branch for it, only a unstable development branch. Can you envisage to drop argouml out of Debian ? The goal is to remove an outdated and obsolete package. Perhaps in few years we will have an argouml release that would be packagable.
