Max theoretical bandwidth to our national IX is at present 100 mbps, but in a few days (firewall upgrade) it should be 1 gbps. The mirror is updated daily (at 04.00 local time, which is five hours after the RSYNC_HOST according to the trace. Maybe it could be a bit tighter?
