Yes, sorry. Probably the NEWS.Debian[1] isn't so clear.

Now glipper is a gnome-panel applet and we can launch add it by
right-clicking on the panel, and choose Add to Panel.

Other applets haven't a .desktop file.

Glipper needs a omf file under /usr/share/omf/ to make the manual
accessible from Yelp. It will be added in the next upload.
