Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.4.1
Severity: normal

git-dch doesn't seem to escape commit messages properly.
If run on a repo which has commit messages like this:
Revert "don't allow "" for device name"

it bails out with an error...
(The example is from a clone of the iproute2 repo at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/shemminger/iproute2.git )
