If you look at torrent info for an in-progress torrent, you can specify the ratio to stop seeding at. The option consists of a tick-box and a text entry, which is disabled if the tick-box is not set. The default value is 0. That means if you tick the box, it immediately stops the torrent, as the "seed until..." value of "0" is honoured.
