Hi, to use madcoders words "calling this bug 'serious' is utter crap". its wishlist. fullstop. (and btw i'm quite sure that madcoders style placed this bug lower in bastians priority.)
before reportbug-ng (and mostly still) i use my mail client to report bugs.
works like a charm and it's one way described on bugs.debian.org.
It is a pity that those bug report makes some peoples work harder, but they
are always free to ignore those bugs or request more information (or let
other people deal with it, most complex packages are team maintained).
Absolutly no reason to yell at Bastian.
