What's the problem here ? Juk was depending on example code provided as
a binary package in debian.
That's was non sense so I decided to remove it.
I had a talk with the juk maintainer and he decided to not add the
example code into kde, and just drop tunepimp support from juk.
If you want juk with tagging support, rewrite the code and use
libtunepimp instead of the example binary (which is not part of
libtunepimp anymore).

just FYI - from the changelog of kdemultimedia (4:3.5.7-1):
* juk does not support new tunepimp 0.5. Due to this, Musicbrainz
support has been removed of juk and the build-deps on libtunepimp are
not necessary.
