Package: xen-tools

Installation of xen-tools lead to the installation of perl-doc and I can't
find the reason for this.

If there's a good reason for this I think it should be documented in the
README.Debian, otherwise (and most probably) this recommends needs to be
dropped (or replaced by a suggests).
