Hello, I tried using your prboom config dir tarball in a test environment to reproduce, but the savegame won't load with my 2.4.7 package. I also had to change the vidmode to software (no GL here) which would mean the output would differ anyway.
We'll have 2.4.7 in the archive soon. Please try to reproduce using that when it is available.
