Maybe just adding Recommends: luasocket-doc to the other four packages would make it clear that this is the right documentation. If you think 'Suggests:' is more appropriate, OK, but I'm figuring policy says The Recommends field should list packages that would be found together with this one in all but unusual installations. and it would be unusual to provide the API without the documentation.
