The build dependency on ggz stuff is unversioned but the build system
checks for >= 0.0.14. Since etch has 0.0.13 it would be nice to make
the dependency versioned so backporters have an easier time to find out
why the package doesn't build on etch (since a missing ggz will only
cause the build to fail much much later, not in configure).
