collection.cgi has improved a lot since version 4 has been released (which can currently be found in experimental). This includes sorting of hostnames and plugin names. I'm pretty sure, I will upload 4.x to unstable fairly soon, so I'm not going to upload any other 3.x packages. I will close this bug as soon as collectd-4 enters unstable.
