I've added Ralph as a DM. This will take effect with the next upload of the debian-maintainers package.
I notice that none of his packages currently have "Dm-Upload-Allowed: yes" Another upload will need to be sponsored, setting that field, before Ralph can upload directly. Luc, you left out the Agreement field in the changeset. Also, attachments are easier. Not a problem, just in case you send in more changesets. -- see shy jo
