When you reregister with your ISP, you most likely get a new IP address for your PC. This new IP doesn't match the IP twinkle shows in window title -> no more SIP. You might use DynDNS and provision this URL for "fixed IP" in twinkles NAT settings. Also STUN might help. Restarting twinkle so it will read the new IP surely helps.
