Package: plptools
Followup-For: Bug #318105

At first I thought I could reproduce this bug, but in fact I found
that if I just wait a little bit then it works: I can run plpftp again
on the same ncpd.

There may still be an underlying bug, as I get the "connecting"
message twice from ncpd after plugging the Psion back in, but at least
the bug seems not to be as severe as first stated.
