Please note that pdebuild fails if I use any of the programs or files from Build-Depends in my clean rule. Policy allows me to do so, though. For example, please try pdebuilding this: http://ftbfs.in/debian/festival_1.96~beta-1.dsc pbuilder works as usual, but pdebuild fails unless libestools1.2-dev is installed _outside_ of the chroot.
