Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.10
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/dch

When "dch -a" is called, it strips any whitespace at the end of lines in
the existing changelog entries.

This is very annoying for team-maintained packages, especially combined
to debcommit which then considers these lines as having changed and adds
them to the commit message.
