I don't believe this is a sane solution. That said, I can't reproduce this with what will become 2.3.1-1 soon, though (but there shouldn't be any changes affecting this, though). It recognizes all 3 JREs and I can choose Sun Java 5 and Sun Java 6 with their correct paths (OOo not complaining afterwards). > Versions of packages openoffice.org-java-common depends on: What version is openoffice.org-java-common itself? Can you - if upgrading openoffice.org-java-common to a matching version if you still have the 2.2.1 one from lenny installed - does not help, does it help wehn you remove javasettings_x86.xml from your profile and start over?
