I guess this is because it is trying to load the arts plugin, which - as everything arts-related - is buggy as hell. Is artsd started when you see this error? If not, this is a problem with the "auto" driver in libxine, which shouldn't even try the arts plugin. Cheers, -- .''`. : :' : We are debian.org.
