This looks like a completely unrelated problem. The original reporter didn't have a sufficiently large shared memory segment to start apache at all while you are starting it but running into problems later on. Please file a separate bug for this problem, including information about which architecure you are running and the versions of all the relevant packages you are using (including the PHP and Apache versions).
