You don't use anonftpsync ( http://debian.org/mirrors/anonftpsync ) which takes care of mirroring all the relevant files in the right way (for example, so that the mirror is usable during updates) Basically, there are the same advices as the previous mails, so you will find all the details at http://bugs.debian.org/438376 If you have any question about that, don't hesitate to reply to the bug.
