What do you mean? There is no chkudf in the udftools package (or source), so this is not a bug in udftools. Also, in the udf-0.9.8.tar.gz archive downloadable from <http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-udf/> there is a tools subdirectory, but it is empty.
