Is there a reason Thunar has to ignore my locale and do things in a non-standard way by default? Wouldn't it be better for Thunar to sort things according to LC_COLLATE by default, and allow users who wished to override the locale at the application level (i.e. specific to Thunar) set MiscCaseSensitive to either TRUE *or* FALSE? As it stands Thunar isn't integrated with the wider environment and so the user has to configure it separately. If all utilities and applications did this, then LC_COLLATE would be meaningless.
