Hello ! I think, this bug can be closed.
I deleted the entry in /etc/ld.conf.d/*.conf pointing to the chroot: /var/chroot/sid-ia32/usr /var/chroot/sid-ia32/usr/lib and started ldconf. Now everything is working fine.
