Hmm. In that case it could also be due to some commands I tried after I 
found the plugin did not work anymore and I must have used the -n option 
myself too.
I've tried running nspluginwrapper -i manually and that does seem to create 
the symlinks in the correct locations. Let's call that a false alarm.

That seems a likely explanation. And would be a nasty regression :-(

I'm using Plastik normally. I tried switching to "Highcolor Classic",
"KDE Classic", "Motif" and "Keramik", but none gave any improvement. There's 
no such thing as a "Metal" theme in the KDE Style manager.
