You probably have installed resolvconf. Theoretically it should work with resolvconf, but for now, uninstall it and test again without it. If it's really resolvconf, I'll have to investigate it. One change in NM 0.7 is, that dhcdbd is now longer used (and can be deinstalled) and NM controlls dhclient directly. So it's very likely that there might be an issue within NM.
