duplicity list-current-files [options] target_url
duplicity cleanup [options] target_url
duplicity remove-older-than time [options] target_url
So I think it needs to run duplicity once with just the new
remove-older-than subcommand, after (or before?) the main backup.
I hacked backupninja to not pass the --remove-older-than switch, and it
seems to be successfully backing up again.
