OK, looks like I need more build-deps, but I swear this one isn't due
to lack of testing.

Apparently this means "moved lots of stuff that most ikiwiki builds
need, like htmlscrubber, into Recommends". Which is fine, I just need
to upload cwidget with a stricter build-dep line.
